Hey Backers!
This is just a quick update (i'm sure you've gotten plenty in the past week about this). We're going to be charging for add-ons and shipping in Backerkit tomorrow morning! We just wanted to make sure everything was perfect before pushing the button :)
Also we've distributed bookmarked pdfs of the final version of the books, be sure to check your backerkit accounts for those downloads!

February Update, Rewards Progress + Charging Cards

Hey backers!
This month we’ve been focusing on working with production to finalize the files for their needs to move onto the proofing phase. Read on for more details!
Production Progress
Physical Book + Box Set Rewards - Design is working on the revisions for production based on our production partners’ requests. Once the revisions have been approved, proofing will begin! Proofing is the process where the manufacturers will create physical pre-production samples to review before starting mass production.
Updated PDF Distribution - We expect to release the new version of the PDF this month! The file will be distributed through BackerKit.
Miniatures - We are currently in the process of coordinating freight shipping for the minis!
Vinyls - We are coordinating with our fulfillment partners to begin shipping backers with only the Vinyl product in their order. We anticipate these will begin shipping by month’s end!
Charging Cards on BackerKit
We will be charging cards for any outstanding balances on BackerKit (including add-ons and shipping) between February 21st and Feb 28th, 2023. Please ensure that your payment method and delivery address are up to date! You can do this through your BackerKit survey. Recover your survey by entering your email address here!

January Update + Rewards Progress

Hey backers!
Happy new year! Here’s your first update of 2023.
The team has been hard at work finalizing elements for production. Design and Content teams have been doing final passes on the book to make sure everything looks good–expect a compiled version of the book to be released soon!
Production
We will be submitting digital production elements to manufacturers by month’s end and will begin the proofing process with them in February. We’ll provide an updated timeline when we hear back from production!
Vinyls have completed production and are en route to the warehouse! These will then be shipped to backers who only have the Vinyl in their pledge.

We know folks might be curious on what the OGL news means for this campaign. Humblewood Tales content and rewards will continue as expected, and there is no change to our release or distribution plans.

November Update + Reward Progress

Hey backers! The team has been hard at work building the files for production since the last update. Read on for more details!
Rewards update
Book - There will be a full editing review after the final book is designed for production. We are wrapping up work on the pre-reviewed version, which should be ready by next week for an editor to go over it.
Physical rewards - Files are being built for production! Once they’re built, they will be submitted to our manufacturing partners along with some back and forth to ensure everything looks how we’d like it. We’ll then be sent samples or digital files to review and finalize before mass production begins. We’ll keep you updated on this process and show off any sample images we get!
Vinyls - The vinyls have already begun mass production!
Minis - The models are already produced and we are finalizing the packaging.

We've had some folks request a list of what has already gone out so they can track what's left to expect! At this time, the following have been distributed through BackerKit:
